Food Allergies/Food Intolerances: Find out the cause!

Tiredness after eating, chronic fatigue, Skin Rashes, bloating, constipation/Diarrhoea, headaches, sneezing/stuffed up sinuses/coughing, white coating on tongue and more are all common symptoms of Food Intolerances.

The difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance is:

Food Allergy is a true allergic reaction to a food with an immunological response to food or drink, which the body does not see as a hazard. It can result in swelling of the tongue, tingling around throat, difficulty breathing and sudden drop in blood pressure. In severe cases the body goes into anaphylactic shock. Most common allergens linked with anaphylaxis are nuts, shellfish, eggs.

Food intolerances:

Most of my life I suffered from food I am very grateful I can eat what I want when I want. The food was not to blame, my system was unable to handle the foods due to toxin overload and leaky gut, stress and lack of digestive enzymes.

Most problematic foods are wheat, gluten, Soya, dairy, lactose, eggs, bananas, strawberries. Identification of and the avoidance of the irritating food for a short while as the system is healing and being replenished with nutrients and or enzymes is a priority in restoration. Normally when the system is fully restored the food does not continue to cause a problem.
