Are you at Optimum Weight or Struggling? Part 1

Unfortunately there are very few people happy with their weight, which one are you?

The hard truth is that 99.9% of the time we are completely responsible through the lifestyles we lead and the choices we make, yet we constantly complain about how we look and feel… yet we really don’t want to change anything.

Many resort to slimming pills, which in my opinion are poison to the body as they are manufactured synthetic products, therefore they should not be let near the body not alone enter it! Their purpose is to suppress appetite or prevent the absorption of fat consumed in your diet. The problem is unless you are clinically obese drastic measures like these are completely uncalled for, even then it should be seriously reconsidered.

Many people suffer severe long term side effects to their health and well – being as a result of taking slimming pills. Side effects can include heart palpitations, tiredness, diarrhoea, constipation, insomnia, digestive disturbances such as abdominal pain, cramps, flatulence, anxiety/panic attacks and whose knows about the chemical side effects!

Many are filled with stearates and lots more additives which the body cannot digest, therefore they block up the liver and in turn can cause long term hormone imbalances, energy problems and indeed weight gain.

My advice is simple. Do not use them.

Instead, start thinking about your weight in a completely new way.

  • When did it start?
  • What are you eating?
  • How do you see yourself?
  • Are you getting regular exercise and eating well, are you having daily regular bowel movements, is your digestive system working?
  • Have you got food intolerances?
  • Are you eating out of emotional comfort?

If so what is causing the emotional discomfort in the first place.

Perhaps you feel you are doing everything right and still finding it difficult to lose the weight especially from the abdominal region, if this is the case the problem more than likely is hormonal imbalances and or liver congestion. The body treats excess hormones as a poison. The reason we have fat in the first place is to protect us… therefore to protect you against the damage of hormones the body produces fat, this excess fat will not shift until the hormones have been treated.

With this problem, no amount of dieting, slimming pills, quick fixes or exercise routines will help you lose weight, in fact under these circumstances you can put on weight through vigorous exercise as the body produces more fat to protect you form the toxins in the first place.

For this week, CHANGE YOUR THINKING! Take a brand new look at yourself and where you are at right now. See you next week for part 2
