When we go to bake a cake or make our dinner, we usually follow a recipe either one in our head or in a recipe book. No matter what you go to eat or cook there is a recipe with full instructions somewhere for it. Unlike us humans we arrived into this world with no instruction manual or recipe book. We depend on our parents, siblings, teachers and the rest of the world to show us the way. When dealing with so many people on an on-going basis the general trend is two things. 1. Many KNOW what to do; they just don’t do it for whatever reason…2. Many others don’t know what they can do for themselves.
This is why I have put together a full programme regarding my key essential ingredients to help you live a life with abundant energy and a happy healthy body. I have made the word recipes into an acronym R.E.C.I.P.E.S and over the next 6 weeks I am going to show you how it works and why you need to know about all these essential ingredients for your happiness and health.

R…is all about REFLECTING and Taking Time out to STOP. This ingredient is vitally important for a healthy mind and body as you go through life and it is something so many of us do not do. It is a life skill which in my opinion should be put into practice at a very young age. It is critical to stop and smell the roses as they say! When you do it gives you those few moments or hours to review where you are at and what you need to do next to get you to where you want to go. Reflecting allows you to recharge the batteries, reboot your system and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
When you do not take this time out to review or pause for a while, you end up racing through each day non-stop like a busy fool going nowhere only running yourself into the ground, shortening your life and making yourself ill.
Each week I give the members of my recipe for life programme a different r.e.c.i.p.e for e.g. a recipe to beat stress, a recipe for beating tiredness, a recipe for beating cravings, mood swings and lots more. The recipe for life programme is designed to educate you and give you the simple steps you can use to help yourself, feel good and live a happier healthier life.
