Healthy principles for you to think about and implement.

This week I thought I would do something a little different for you. I have written some core messages and some quotes for you to reflect over. Read them and then take some action to move your health, your life, your energy, and your relationships forward. Positive action is most important.

The more yes’s you say to others, the more no’s you really say to yourself. Being a people pleaser can destroy your own health, be careful.

The more time, love and attention you give yourself, the more you get in return. Be kind to yourself, show yourself respect and lots more will return to you.

“Only when the mind has learned to be still can joy and beauty find a place” Pam Brown.

Take time to be quite, to pray, to deep breathe, to give gratitude, to appreciate all you have. Feel it in your heart and allow the joy and beauty of the little things in your life make you feel good.

“It is now and in this world that we must live.” Andre Gide.

Always focus as much as you can on the present moment. Make friends with your past and plan for the future while giving all you have to the present moment to make it the best ever. Time and life are both very precious.

“ Do what you can, with what you have, where you are”  T. Roosevelt.

Make the best of every situation. Take responsibility and turn things around the best you can with all you have got. Look for solutions to the problems instead of the problems or worrying or being negative. Do what you can from where you are at right now. Every journey starts with the first step, take some positive step for you today.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work”  Thomas Edison.

I love this as too often we are so hard on ourselves when things do not go right, we feel a failure and long for that success or for something to go our way. Thomas Edison whom invented the light bulb found 10,000 things or ways which did not work before he hit the right moment or the big success. So the next time you feel like quitting or giving up on yourself, think of the light bulb over your head. Don’t give up, keep going. Things will always work for the better in the end.

Be good to yourself and look after your health always as a priority.
