Give yourself a FUN week to kick start the summer!!!!

I posted this before and it was very popular, One of my roles is in reminding people to continue taking care of themselves… so here is a gentle reminder for you this week to dig a little deeper if you are already in a good place, if you are feeling down or going through a tough patch, sometimes there is nothing like an encouraging word to re-inspire us. I hope this inspires you to a happier healthier place x

So often people say they were so inspired following a treatment session. I feel it is so important to be encouraging and supportive of people and of each other as we go through difficult times or times of being unwell or feeling like there is no other hope out there.

We have to listen to each other with a kind ear and open heart.  Unfortunately while I was on my own healing path, empathy was very scarce on the ground and sometimes that was the one thing I wanted and needed most. Today I have chosen to give you some inspiring words which may get you thinking in a different way or help you to see things in a different light, so often just changing that one thing alone makes such a MASSIVE change to your health and wellbeing and everything else in life for that matter.

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. Author Unknown. Changing your attitude towards your life or your health problem can turn things around like nothing else, how healthy is your attitude today?

“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” – Martin Luther King Jr.

You have got to start somewhere and where you are RIGHT now is the most perfect place of all.

“There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving and that’s your own self” – Aldous Huxley.

Take responsibility for your own health and happiness

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realise how close they were to success when they gave up”  – Thomas A Edison

Don’t overwhelm yourself, take it one day at a time, one baby step at a time, often we take on too much, get seamed and then give up. Giving up on your health is NOT an option. I encourage you today to keep going when you reach that wall or that point where you feel you cannot give or do anymore, accept where you are at, dust yourself off and start afresh.

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal” – Henry Ford.

Keep focused on your end result, accept, know and understand there will be ups and downs, there will be moments of great confusion and frustration, I have learned at these moments it is when you grow and move forward the most.

“In our daily lives we must see that it is not happiness which makes us grateful, but the gratefulness that makes us happy” – Albert Clarke.

Be grateful for everything you have and all that you are. Make conscious time to sit and think about from your heart what you are truly grateful for and or write daily gratitude lists. This can really help to keep you in the moment and keep your life in perspective.

Have an inspiring week.
